Question

I am suffering from alopecia areata with hair loss from the scalp, stomach, chest, legs, pubic region, and beard. My doctor prescribed Minoxidil 10 percent and told me this is due to stress. Now I am also seeing hair loss from the crown portion of the head. The doctor told me it is male pattern baldness. I do not understand what I should do as hair fall is increasing day by day. Is this incurable? This situation is making me more stressed. My blood test report is fine except TSH, which is 0.34. Should I try natural remedies like onion juice and others?

TSH is borderline low; monitor. Alopecia areata is autoimmune and often stress linked. Male pattern baldness is genetic. Onion juice may help mildly. Please test Anti TPO antibodies to assess thyroid autoimmunity.
