SGPT is mildly elevated, possibly due to medications, fatty liver, or viral load. Bronchovascular prominence on chest imaging is common with chronic cough. They are not directly linked. Manage liver with diet, hydration, and avoiding unnecessary drugs. Address cough with antihistamines or inhalers if needed.

I have been experiencing a fever of around 100F for the past 7 days, along with constant headache, body aches, and intermittent chills. I am attaching my CBC, LFT, platelet count, malaria, fasting glucose, and urine test reports for your reference.
