I am suffering from epididymitis for the past 3 months. I have consulted good urologists, and they prescribed antibiotics and NSAIDs. I never had swelling, only mild pain and discomfort. My urine report and USG were normal every time. But even after medications, the mild discomfort is not going. Can anyone help me?

Hi, seven days ago I masturbated roughly, and since then I have been experiencing pain and a burning sensation around my penis/genital area. My groin and buttocks also feel unusually warm. I do not have pain while urinating, and there is no blood or discharge. I have started taking antibiotics, but the symptoms persist. My urine test came back negative.
