The physician said it is one of the typhoid symptoms, but in typhoid there should not be an itching problem. What could this be?

Today I got my test done and my hemoglobin has reduced to 11 and my weight is 58 kg. What is the reason for the reduced weight and hemoglobin? Also, every evening my body temperature rises to 99 to 100. What is the reason?

My wife had dengue fever last week and was hospitalized. She was discharged 3 days ago, but this morning she developed a fever again. We gave her Dolo 650 as per the doctor suggestion, which reduced the fever, but it returns whenever she sleeps and wakes up. We did a CBC test today: Hemoglobin 10.4, RBC normal, Platelets 295, WBC 14.5. I am concerned, does she need to be hospitalized again? Please advise

If CBC, Dengue, Typhoid tests are normal, it is likely a viral fever. Viral fevers present with body pain, fatigue, and joint aches. Continue rest, fluids, and prescribed meds. Recovery takes 5 to7 days. Repeat CBC and CRP only if symptoms worsen or fever persists beyond 4 to5 days.
