I am suffering from high grade fever of 104 degrees F with sore throat and nasal congestion. Blood tests for dengue and malaria are negative, and the urine test report is normal. My CRP level is 32. I received the second dose of Covishield one week ago. What could be the cause of the elevated CRP level? I am already taking medication for high cholesterol and hypertension.

CRP 32 indicates inflammation, possibly viral or post vaccine response. Monitor temperature and symptoms. If fever persists more than 3 days, consult a doctor. Do required tests to rule out infection.

I got my blood test done yesterday and the results show: Lipoprotein (a): 60.38 mg/dl hsCRP: 3.8 mg/L Total cholesterol: 245 mg/dl LDL: 175 mg/dl I am worried about these values. My test results are CRP 18.6 mg/L, RA factor test 12 IU/ml, and anti CCP antibodies serum greater than 340. I also have diabetes.
