I am suffering from runny nose and continuous sneezing for the past one and a half years. I consulted an ENT doctor, and he gave me Monticope tablets, which I took for a year. If I stop taking the tablets, the symptoms come back. I do not know what to do to stop this. I do not know how long I have to continue the medication. I went to another doctor, a pulmonary specialist, who gave me Odimont and advised a complete blood test. I found out I have vitamin D3 deficiency. He gave me vitamin D shots for one month and a nasal spray. He stopped the tablets from today, and I do not know whether this treatment will work. Please give me a suggestion?

Chronic allergic rhinitis could be the cause of your symptoms. Vitamin D deficiency may worsen inflammation. Continue nasal spray as advised and avoid allergens. Do the required tests to monitor Vitamin D levels and allergy triggers.

View allA few months ago I was facing difficulty while breathing. After doing some tests, it was found that my eosinophils count was higher due to food allergies (potato, tomato). I took some medicine and stopped eating the foods causing problems as per the report. After some time, everything was fine and I started eating these food items again without problems. But for the last 2 to 3 days, I am again having difficulties in breathing. My blood test report shows eosinophils are normal, but there is a slight mild increase in lymphocyte count. What should I do now?
