I consulted a doctor, and he said it is viral fever. My blood test report came normal, and he prescribed some medications. However, after taking the medicine, I feel better for about 3 to 4 hours, but after 6 to 7 hours, the fever returns with a severe headache that is hard to control.

I am a 27 year old female working professional. I go to the office at 5 PM and return home around 3 AM. I have been experiencing a fever every night, with temperatures around 100 to 101F, which goes away in the morning. I also feel extremely tired, with constant muscle aches and fatigue. I have had a fever for the last 3 days. I tested for COVID, typhoid, and malaria, all are negative. When I take paracetamol, the fever goes down for 6 hours, then rises again to 101 degrees F.
