I consulted a doctor because I was having balance problems and vertigo, and I was told I have a vitamin B12 deficiency. My test result showed a level of 193. The doctor prescribed Neurobion Forte, Monobe (thiamine), and a multivitamin. I have been taking these medicines for the past 22 days. Although my symptoms have improved, I still have some problems. How long will it take to fully recover?

B12 deficiency can take weeks to months to fully improve nerve related symptoms. Continue supplements. If symptoms persist beyond 2 to 3 months, consider B12 injections and neurologist review.

View allTwo months ago, I had a blood test, and my hemoglobin was 6. My doctor prescribed Livogen and Ultrafeolic tablets, which I have been taking for 2 months. My hemoglobin has now improved to 10, but my heels are cracking and very painful. I have tried creams like crack cream, white petroleum jelly, and Vaseline, but nothing helps. Why is this happening, and what can I do to treat it?

I have been having chronic lower back pain for the last one year. Low vitamin B12 and D3 were found in my blood report. The X ray report shows L3 L4 L5 disc space reduction and degenerated disc disease with muscle spasm. I had treatment three times and every time after medicine and physiotherapy the pain comes back even after doing exercises and maintaining proper sitting in office. What can be done to get cured from this frustrating lower back pain?
