My doctor told me I have a UTI and prescribed URISPAS, ZANOCIN 200, and ALKASOL liquid. Please suggest the procedure to treat my condition and let me know if there is any risk factor if I try to conceive?

Hello Doctor, my wife has been experiencing itching in the clitoral area for the past 15 days, which is sometimes difficult for her to resist. She also feels pain in that area. We consulted a doctor, who suggested a urine test and prescribed medication. I have attached both the lab report and the prescription. Please advise, as the symptoms have not yet resolved. Additionally, after sexual activity, she experiences itching or irritation in the same area.

My urine test came back normal
Ultrasound showed mild bladder wall thickening (5mm)

My average daily water intake is around 1 to 2 liters

This suggests a likely bacterial infection (possibly non gonococcal urethritis). A course of appropriate antibiotics may be needed. It is advisable to consult a doctor for prescription and partner treatment.
