I got my discharge tested at a pathology lab, and the report states No gonococci seen, few gram negative cocco bacilli seen, and a large number of pus cells seen. Could you please explain what this means.

My 15 month old baby girl was treated for a UTI 15 days ago, but now she has another infection.
