Soreness could be due to stress in the voice like screaming or cheering, if done. Gargle with glycerine. Hygiene needs to be maintained, keeping the penis and anal area dry. After Urine culture and genital swab microscopy, treatment can be given accordingly.

I have had yellow urine and a burning sensation while urinating for the past 8 months. I have been suffering from a high fever ranging from 102F to 104.6F for the past 5 days. Under my doctor advice, I have undergone tests for malaria, dengue, typhoid, and CBC, all of which came back normal with no problems detected. I am taking my medications properly, but the fever, headaches, and body pain persist. I get some relief for about 5 to 7 hours after taking medicine, but then the symptoms return repeatedly every 5 to 7 hours.
