I do not have a fever, but I am experiencing light headache, dizziness, and lower abdominal pain. I had a CBC done, which shows a low platelet count of 52,000 and hemoglobin of 9.4. What could be the cause, and what should I do?

Low platelets (52,000) and low hemoglobin (9.4) with dizziness and lower abdominal pain need urgent evaluation even without fever. It could be due to internal bleeding, dengue, or other causes. Avoid painkillers and heavy activities. Consult a doctor or visit the hospital immediately for monitoring. Do a Repeat CBC, Dengue NS1, and Ultrasound Abdomen to find the cause.

Take a CBC Test (Complete Blood Count) Test or Take a Dengue NS1 Antigen - Elisa Test
