I drink 4.5 to 6 liters of water every day, but my urine is still deep yellow. My liver function tests are all within the normal range. I am not dehydrated, but I am very concerned and confused. What could be causing this, and what should I do?

Dark yellow urine despite high water intake with normal LFT may be due to diet (B vitamins, beetroot), supplements, or concentrated morning urine. It can also occur with high uric acid. If no burning, pain, or other symptoms, it is usually not serious. You can do a Urine Routine and Uric Acid test to rule out other causes. If persistent or with other symptoms, consult your doctor.

Take a Urine Routine Test Test or Take a Uric Acid Test Test

Please check my report. My name is Suman, I am 28 years old, my weight is 100 kg, and my height is 6 ft. I have been a hypertension patient for the last 4 to 5 years and do regular medical checkups. I did my medical checkup a week ago. My creatinine level is 1.15, while the normal lab value is 1.4. Is my creatinine level normal or high? Should I take any medicine for creatinine, and is there any reason to be concerned?

My brother had complaints of frequent urination and mild scrotal pain. The doctor advised a flexible cystoscopy and the report showed Urethra: No stricture Prostate: Normal size with inflammation + Bladder: Normal BUO: Normal Impression: Prostatitis Three days later, a bladder urine report showed: Urine RE: Normal Urine culture & sensitivity: Colony count nil, culture sterile after 48 hours The doctor advised: Normal diet Plenty of fluids Tab Niftas 100 mg for 1 month Urispas for 2 days Tab Pause for 2 days Syrup Alkasol for 1 month After one month, on review, he was symptom free, so no further medicines were prescribed. Now, he has mild, ignorable scrotal pain for some days. What could be the cause? Could prostatitis recur? Can prostatitis cause prostate cancer? Please help
