I got married 8 months ago. Recently, I visited a doctor due to frequent urination. After an ultrasound, my report mentions that both ovaries are bulky with multiple peripherally situated subcentemeter sized anechogenecities. The doctor said this indicates polycystic ovarian disease. Will this affect my chances of getting pregnant?

PCOD is common, and many women conceive with simple lifestyle changes or mild treatments. A healthy diet, regular exercise, routine monitoring through scans, and treatment with hormones are usually enough to manage PCOD and support conception. Your doctor will help track ovulation and plan pregnancy. Early support improves chances of success.

I am currently managing PCOD and have completed a two month course, now starting my third month. Recently, I have been experiencing frequent and severe headaches. My doctor advised me to get my prolactin levels tested, and my blood report shows a prolactin level of 44.45 ng per ml. Could you please advise what steps I should take next?
