My last period was on 10th September and since then I have not had my period. My ultrasound of lower abdomen report shows mild free fluid in cul de sac and polycystic pattern of my right ovary with multiple small peripheral follicles and central echogenic stroma in my right ovary. What does it mean?

Mild free fluid can be normal around ovulation. Polycystic ovary pattern suggests possible PCOS but does not confirm it alone. If periods are absent since Sept, follow up is needed for hormonal evaluation.

View allI am sharing my miscarriage report. This is my first conception in 3 years, but unfortunately, I lost the pregnancy. I have been diagnosed with bilateral PCOS, but this report shows only a cyst on my left ovary, while the right ovary appears normal. Does this mean my PCOS is cured or improved? I am feeling confused and would appreciate your clarification.

I got married 8 months ago. Recently, I visited a doctor due to frequent urination. After an ultrasound, my report mentions that both ovaries are bulky with multiple peripherally situated subcentemeter sized anechogenecities. The doctor said this indicates polycystic ovarian disease. Will this affect my chances of getting pregnant?

Could you please review my report and let me know if there is any issue on my side that could affect fertility? My wife is not getting pregnant, and her menstrual cycle has been irregular (varies by 5 to 10 days) since our marriage, whereas it was regular before marriage. Please advise on what could be the cause and what steps we should take.
