My last period was on 10th September and since then I have not had my period. My ultrasound of lower abdomen report shows mild free fluid in cul de sac and polycystic pattern of my right ovary with multiple small peripheral follicles and central echogenic stroma in my right ovary. What does it mean?

Mild free fluid can be normal around ovulation. Polycystic ovary pattern suggests possible PCOS but does not confirm it alone. If periods are absent since Sept, follow up is needed for hormonal evaluation.

Hello Doctor, I am 18 years old. I did not get my period until the age of 16. At that time, a doctor prescribed some medication to help start my periods. After taking the tablets, I got my period only once, and then it stopped again. However, for the past two months, I have been getting my period 3 to 4 times a month.
