I got my blood report and my SGOT AST level is 47.2 U/L while the normal reference is up to 35. My lipase level is also high at about 70.83 U/L while the normal reference is up to 60. What should I do? Please suggest and tell me what diet I should maintain.

Mildly high, avoid alcohol, fried food. Recheck after 2 to 3 weeks. Consult doctor if persistent symptoms.
