I got my blood report and my SGOT AST level is 47.2 U/L while the normal reference is up to 35. My lipase level is also high at about 70.83 U/L while the normal reference is up to 60. What should I do? Please suggest and tell me what diet I should maintain.

Mildly high, avoid alcohol, fried food. Recheck after 2 to 3 weeks. Consult doctor if persistent symptoms.

View allHi, a few months ago I was diagnosed with grade 1 fatty liver with increased echotexture, and my weight was 83 kg. Recently, after treatment for COVID, I had another ultrasound where my liver echotexture appeared normal, but there was a mild increase in liver size. I have also lost 10 kg since then. My liver function tests are normal. Should I be concerned about these findings? I am attaching my report for your review.
