I got my blood report and my SGOT/AST level is 47.2 U/L while the normal reference is up to 35. My lipase level is also high at about 70.83 U/L while the normal reference is up to 60 U/L. What should I do? Please suggest what diet I should maintain. My SGPT and amylase levels are normal. Please help me. Is this dangerous for me?

Mild elevation in liver and pancreatic enzymes may relate to fatty liver, alcohol, or medications. Repeat tests in 1 to 2 weeks. Avoid alcohol, eat low fat meals, and consult a gastroenterologist if symptoms persist.
Dr. Yusuf Suggests...
Take a SGOT/SGPT RATIO Test or Take a Lipase Test Test
