Question
I got my blood test report, which shows that I have a vitamin B12 deficiency. However, I eat eggs and other non vegetarian foods regularly, so I am not sure why my levels are low. What could be the reason, and how can I bring my B12 levels back to normal?

You may have absorption issues like gastritis or low intrinsic factor. B12 injections or high dose oral supplements may be needed.
