I got my thyroid test done from Dr. Lal Path Lab. My TSH ultrasensitive level is 21, and the report shows thyroid ranges for pregnancy. Why are pregnancy ranges mentioned in my report?

Labs apply pregnancy range if female, reproductive age, or if flagged for pregnancy. TSH 21 is high even outside pregnancyneeds endocrinology consult.

My blood report also shows high fat percentage. What should I do to lose weight? I do not want traditional suggestions like diet or exercise as I have already tried those.
