I had an anomaly scan at 19 weeks and 4 days of pregnancy, and the report shows: Left lateral ventricle: 0.54 cm, Right lateral ventricle: 0.62 cm. Is there any problem with the baby brain? Umbilical artery RI: 0.75 (appears to be increased) Uterine artery RI: 0.7, with evidence of a dicrotic notch in both arteries The rest of the report is normal. Could you please advise if there is any concern with these findings?

Lateral ventricle sizes are within normal ( less than 1 cm). Slightly raised umbilical and uterine artery RI with notches may suggest resistance in placental blood flow. Needs close follow up to monitor fetal growth and blood supply.
