I had a D and C on 10th August and got my period on 10th Sept. Today I took a pregnancy test, and it came out positive. Since I conceived just one month after my D and C, am I at an increased risk of miscarriage again?

Conceiving one month after a D and C can still result in a healthy pregnancy, especially if your periods returned and recovery was smooth. You are not automatically at high risk of miscarriage.
