I had digestive disorders and low thyroid due to psycho and anxiety issues. After treatment, my cognition and concentration have still not fully recovered. I am preparing for railway exams and have only 4 months left. Can you please suggest how to improve my memory and concentration?

Low thyroid and past anxiety can affect concentration and cognition. For exam preparation, maintain consistent sleep, hydration, balanced diet, and daily exercise. Practice focused study sessions with breaks. Meditation or deep breathing can help reduce anxiety and improve focus. Do Thyroid Profile (TSH, T3, T4), Vitamin B12, and Vitamin D tests to check deficiencies that can affect memory and concentration, and correct them under medical guidance.

View allHi, I am suffering from hypothyroidism, and my TSH level is 77 according to my recent report. What medication should I take for this condition? Please help me with proper guidance. I have attached my report for reference.

I have thyroid and I have my latest test report. I want to consult a doctor so that I can take proper medicines.

I wanted to ask if it is possible to have hypothyroidism even when thyroid levels appear normal. My recent test results show T3 at 130, T4 at 9.71, and TSH at 1.23, all within the normal range. However, I am experiencing several symptoms such as brain fog, anxiety, slowed thinking, extreme laziness, and memory issues. Could these symptoms still be related to a thyroid issue despite the normal lab values?
