I had digestive disorders and low thyroid due to psycho and anxiety issues. After treatment, my cognition and concentration have still not fully recovered. I am preparing for railway exams and have only 4 months left. Can you please suggest how to improve my memory and concentration?

Low thyroid and past anxiety can affect concentration and cognition. For exam preparation, maintain consistent sleep, hydration, balanced diet, and daily exercise. Practice focused study sessions with breaks. Meditation or deep breathing can help reduce anxiety and improve focus. Do Thyroid Profile (TSH, T3, T4), Vitamin B12, and Vitamin D tests to check deficiencies that can affect memory and concentration, and correct them under medical guidance.

Please check the attached reports, which include CBC, thyroid, and other test results. I tested COVID positive last month. I have been taking a 50 mg thyroid tablet for the past 5 years.
