I experienced red spotting on September 1st, and since then, there has been no bleeding. I took two urine pregnancy tests, both of which were negative. My doctor prescribed Regestrone for 5 days (3 tablets per day). What are the chances of pregnancy, as we have started trying for children and are not using any contraceptives?

Hi, on the 17th day of my period I went for a follicular study. My doctor injected HCG 10000 for egg rupture on the 18th day. I assume my egg ruptured then, but we were not able to have intercourse. On the 19th day, the doctor confirmed that the egg had ruptured. Since I did not have intercourse on the 18th day when the egg ruptured, is there any chance of pregnancy?

I had a lower abdomen ultrasound done recently. I am unmarried and worried about pregnancy. My last menstrual period was on 5th January. I am unsure if the sonographer properly examined my uterus. I have attached my report and ultrasound images for your review.

USG does show the uterus. If it states no pregnancy and LMP is more than 3 weeks ago, it is reliable. If still unsure, do a urine pregnancy test.
