I had my beta hcg test before 10 days the result was 0.5 and today it was 3.1. Both tests were taken at the same laboratory. My LMP was 19.8.10 which was 44 days ago. Why did my hcg increase? I took meprate a week ago and got my periods yesterday but with less bleeding and clots. Am I pregnant?

A Beta HCG of 0.5 to 3.1 is still too low to confirm pregnancy, but a small increase could happen due to early hormonal changes or minor lab variation. Since you took Meprate and got bleeding with clots, it may be withdrawal bleeding. However, if the bleeding was unusually light, its worth repeating the Beta HCG test in 48 to 72 hours. If the value doubles, it could suggest early pregnancy. If it stays low, pregnancy is unlikely.

View allMy sister has undergone two IUI cycles with injections. She is currently on Duphaston 10, Gestofit 400 SR, DHEA Sure, and Primiwal E4. Today is her 15 DPO, but her urine pregnancy test is negative. She is experiencing cramps, nausea, back pain, leg pain, and occasional knee pain. Could the test result be wrong? When would be the right time to test again?

My girlfriend and I had intercourse on 27th July and 10th August. Her last period started on 21st July, and her periods are usually regular. This time, she has not gotten her period. She took pregnancy tests on 24th, 26th, 27th, and 28th August, and all were negative. One doctor advised taking Meprate tablets, but I am still confused. Could she be pregnant, and is it safe to take Meprate in this situation? What should we do next?

I took Letrozole from day 3 to day 7 of my cycle and ovulated on the 12th day, after which I received an hCG injection on the same day. From day 20 to day 26, I took Duphaston 10 mg. I have not got my period yet, and I have no PMS symptoms so far. My urine pregnancy test came back negative. Is my period delayed because of Duphaston, or is there still a chance that I could be pregnant? How can I confirm this, and until which day should I wait before testing again?
