Since the last 2 days, while peeing, some particles are coming out. What does this indicate? There is no itching or burning during urination. Please help me, I am stressed. I am suffering from epididymitis for the past 3 months. I have consulted good urologists, and they prescribed antibiotics and NSAIDs. I never had swelling, only mild pain and discomfort. I had a urine test done at the doctor which was positive for leukocyte esterase and nitrites. However, the culture came back with no bacteria detected. Does this mean I do not have a UTI? What could be other causes for the pain and positive results in my urine test?
