I had a pelvic sonography because I was spotting blood. The report was normal except that my endometrial lining is 11 mm thick. Could this be the reason I am not conceiving? Please advise what I should do and any suggestions you may have.

An endometrial thickness of 11mm is usually normal and good for implantation. Spotting may be hormonal. If you are trying to conceive, consult a gynaecologist for a full fertility evaluation.

Hi, last year I experienced an irregular menstrual cycle and did not get my periods for 1.5 months. When I consulted a gynecologist, she prescribed a tablet for 10 days, and after 15 days, I got my periods. My scan report showed no ovarian cysts, and my blood report showed no thyroid issues. Everything was normal. Now, after 3 to 4 months, I am facing the same irregular cycle. It has been 2.5 months, and I still have not got my periods. How can I overcome this?
