I had protected sex with a woman using two condoms at the same time for about 10 minutes. Later, I read online that using two condoms together is not recommended, and I became worried. I took three HIV tests (rapid and ELISA) at around 30 days after the encounter, and all came back negative. Do I need to get tested again, or is it not necessary?

Using two condoms is not recommended as friction can cause tearing, but if intact, risk is low. Three negative HIV tests at 30 days are reassuring. For conclusive results, repeat HIV 1 and 2 (4th Gen) or HIV Combo test at 90 days. Avoid anxiety, practice safe sex using a single condom correctly in the future. No further tests if 90 day test is negative.

After 10 weeks (70 days) of unprotected sex with a sex worker, I took a 4th generation HIV assay test at SRL Lab, and the result was non reactive. How safe am I from HIV after 90 days? Is there any chance that the HIV test could become positive after 90 days? Can the SRL Lab report at 70 days be considered reliable? I have attached the report for reference.
