I had sex with my boyfriend on the 24th and 25th, and my period was due on the 27th. I have not gotten my period yet. I took pregnancy tests on the 31st and the 1st, and both were negative. I still have not gotten my period. What should I do?

Home pregnancy tests are usually reliable 7to10 days after missed period. If still no period, repeat urine test after 3to5 days or do Beta hCG blood test for confirmation. Delay could be due to stress, diet, or hormone imbalance. If negative again, consult a gynecologist to evaluate cycles.
Dr. Kamran Suggests...
Take a Beta HCG Test Test or Take a UPT Test (Urine Pregnancy) Test

View allI have been experiencing symptoms that could indicate pregnancy, including headache, backache, nausea, and fatigue. My period is 10 days late. I took a pregnancy test five days ago and it was negative, and I took another one today which was also negative. I was taking birth control but stopped when I noticed my period was late, hoping it might start. I have scheduled an appointment with my primary doctor, but it is not for another two weeks.

Hi, I missed my period last month and took a pregnancy test, which was negative. I consulted a doctor, and she prescribed Meprate tablets for 10 days. I completed the course, and Thursday was the last day of taking the tablets, but I still have not gotten my period. How many days after stopping the medication does it usually take for periods to start? Please advise. Thank you.

Hello doctor, when is the right time to do a beta HCG test? I got a negative UPT. I was supposed to have my periods on 18th July, but they are irregular due to PCOD. I am on Normoz DS and taking folic acid. Please advise.
