Question

I have a 6 mm kidney stone stuck in the left ureter near the bladder, and my doctor is recommending ureteroscopy surgery. I'm not in India right now I live in Kuwait and I'm wondering if this can be treated with medicine instead or if surgery is really necessary. The CT report shows the stone's location clearly. What would be the best option for me?
