I have attached the HSG test report of my wife. It shows bilateral mid tubal block. Can someone please tell me if it is curable? Can we become parents naturally and how can we treat this?

Natural pregnancy chances are very low. IVF is the most viable option. Meet a fertility specialist for options and next steps.
