I have attached my blood report. The report includes the remark, Alert, Predominantly normocytic normochromic with ovalocytes. Platelets appear adequate in smear. I also have a family history of thyroid issues and am currently taking medication for it. Could you please explain what these findings mean and if there is any cause for concern?

Hi Sir or Madam, I was having a little cough sensation on the first day and the next day I immediately developed fever, shivering, and headache. The doctor has suggested a few medicines and I am taking them. I did some blood tests by self reference.
