I have azoospermia in my last two sperm test reports. I have 3 years of continuous masturbation. Is it due to empty or low sperm?

Azoospermia (no sperm in semen) is not caused by masturbation. It may be due to hormonal issues, testicular blockage, or low production. You need further tests like FSH, LH, testosterone, scrotal ultrasound, and genetic screening.

Hello, I have had varicocele for many years and sometimes I thought of getting it corrected but I came to know about complications as well. I do not have pain or discomfort but it occurs only if I do intense workout, so I stopped that and started doing light workout. My main issue is reduced fertility as I do not feel as aroused as before varicocele. I do get nightfall once or twice in a week. Reduced fertility and mental disturbances bother me and I sometimes feel underconfident while speaking with someone. Please check my report and advise based on the report?
