I have been doing exercises for the last three months and not eating much. Now I have problems like dizziness and weakness. Please see my report and tell me what to do or which doctor I should consult?

Dizziness and weakness may be due to low nutrition or vitamin deficiency. Please consult a general physician to evaluate your iron, B12, and sugar levels. Eat a balanced diet even when exercising.
Dr. Hema Suggests...
Take a CBC Test (Complete Blood Count) Test or Take a Glucose Fasting and PP Test Test

View allI recently moved to a hilly region. For the past 4 days, I have developed large red rashes mostly on my limbs and some on my stomach. Initially red, some rashes developed pus, and after 2 days, some turned magenta, especially after wearing jeans all day. In my locality, there are many insects, including large mosquitoes.
