I have been experiencing body pain and fever. My doctor suggested a blood test for dengue (IgG/IgM/NS1), SGPT/SGOT, and CBC, as these symptoms could indicate a dengue infection. My test results are as follows: Dengue IgG/IgM/NS1: Negative SGPT: 161 SGOT: 158 CBC report: attached Could you please advise whether I have a dengue infection or if it might be something else?

Your dengue tests are negative, so its unlikely to be dengue. However, your liver enzymes (SGPT/SGOT) are quite high, which may happen in viral infections or liver stress. This could be a non dengue viral fever. Get rest, drink fluids, avoid oily food, and repeat liver tests in a few days. Consult a doctor if symptoms persist

I just received my blood report, which shows SGOT/SGPT levels of 42 and 45.36. What do these values mean? I am currently in the 8th month of pregnancy and hoping for a normal delivery. I have also been diagnosed with gestational diabetes and high blood pressure during this pregnancy. Could you please advise if these liver enzyme levels are concerning and what I should do next?
