I have been experiencing brown creamy vaginal discharge with a little bit of blood. What does this indicate? I also have thyroid problems and have always had irregular periods.

Brown creamy discharge with a little blood often indicates old blood being expelled, which can happen with hormonal imbalance, especially if you have thyroid issues and irregular periods. It can also occur before or after periods. If you develop foul smelling discharge, itching, or heavy bleeding, consult your doctor. To check the cause of irregular cycles, you can book a Thyroid Profile and Pelvic Ultrasound to monitor thyroid levels and check for any ovarian or uterine causes.

View allI was diagnosed with thyroid issues during pregnancy. I delivered in March, and one month later, my TSH was 6.32. My doctor advised me to continue Thyronorm for the next 3 months. Two days ago, I rechecked my thyroid, and my TSH has doubled. I am concerned about whether this will affect my baby, as I am breastfeeding. I have read that thyroid levels can affect a baby IQ, is this true?

I am 27 years old and 10 weeks pregnant. My blood test report shows Free T4 serum at 2.31 mg per dL and TSH at 0.021 microIU per mL. Do I need to start any medication now? I have never taken any medicine for thyroid before.
