I have been experiencing brown creamy vaginal discharge with a little bit of blood. What does this indicate? I also have thyroid problems and have always had irregular periods.

Brown creamy discharge with a little blood often indicates old blood being expelled, which can happen with hormonal imbalance, especially if you have thyroid issues and irregular periods. It can also occur before or after periods. If you develop foul smelling discharge, itching, or heavy bleeding, consult your doctor. To check the cause of irregular cycles, you can book a Thyroid Profile and Pelvic Ultrasound to monitor thyroid levels and check for any ovarian or uterine causes.

View allHello Doctor, My mother has a history of low blood sodium levels, which has previously caused sudden unconsciousness, and she also has a history of thyroid issues. Today, her blood test shows a TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone) level of 4.59 mclU/mg. An earlier test report showed TSH as 9.9, but the unit was microIU/mL. Which unit is correct, and how should we interpret these results?

I had a missed miscarriage 3 months ago. I have attached my report. Will I need to take any medicine now as we have already started trying to conceive? My gynecologist says to take medicine for 2 months. Please suggest?
