My recent blood tests show Hb 13.8 gm, TLC 16,100/cu mm, Neutrophils 87, Lymphocytes 10, Eosinophils 1, Basophils 0, and ESR 25 mm in the first hour. My biochemistry report shows SGPT/ALT 62.6 U/L and SGOT/AST 71.2 U/L. The doctor has recommended a work up for eosinophilia. Could you please review these results and advise on the next steps?

Raised TLC (16,100) and mildly high LFTs may suggest chronic low grade infection or allergy. Eosinophil is low, ruling out allergic cause. Evaluate sinuses and liver function. Avoid cold triggers.
