My biochemistry report shows SGPT/ALT 62.6 U/L and SGOT/AST 71.2 U/L. The doctor has recommended a work up for eosinophilia. Could you please review these results and advise on the next steps?

Raised TLC (16,100) and mildly high LFTs may suggest chronic low grade infection or allergy. Eosinophil is low, ruling out allergic cause. Evaluate sinuses and liver function. Avoid cold triggers.

I am a 45 year old lady and I have a very bad ulcer problem, not only in my mouth but also in my stomach. Most of the time, I feel a warm sensation in my mouth and stomach.
