Question

I have been experiencing dizziness and slight imbalance for the past 30 days. I have been taking Vertin tablets, but they have not helped. I underwent a CT scan of the brain, which was normal, and an ENT examination, which ruled out ear problems. I am still experiencing symptoms and also have acid reflux and stiffness from upper back to neck. Could this be due to a vitamin deficiency? I am attaching my CBC results for reference.

Dizziness with imbalance, neck stiffness, and acid reflux may be linked to cervical spine issues or vitamin deficiencies. A normal CT brain and ENT clearance are reassuring. Poor posture and acidity can contribute to dizziness. Check Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D levels, as deficiencies can cause imbalance and stiffness. Continue neck and posture exercises, manage acidity, and stay hydrated.

Take a Vitamin B12 Test Test or Take a Vitamin D Test Test
