I have been experiencing extreme weakness and fatigue. This started after I had a cough and lung infection in January due to dust. The cough reduced within a week, and everything seemed normal. I have thyroid and take 25 mcg, and my thyroid levels were checked in March and were under good control. Since recovering from the cough, I have lost weight and continue to feel very weak. I was already underweight at 45 kg, and now I am 43 kg. My blood tests from March were normal.

If blood tests are normal, recovery related fatigue is common. Nutritious diet, iron/B12 rich food, or Ayurveda may help. Consult for supplements if symptoms persist.
