I have been experiencing fever around 104F for the past 3 to 4 days, which sometimes comes and goes, along with a bad sore throat, dizziness, flu symptoms, and fatigue. I had a Widal test for typhoid, and the result came back positive. The report also notes that titres in excess of 1:80 are probably significant.

Widal positive (more than 1:80) with symptoms suggests typhoid. Start antibiotics only under doctor supervision. Also, rule out dengue or COVID if fever persists.

Is this typhoid high, medium, or low? Are there any common medicines she should take? Should we change her food and water habits?

Can you explain what the Widal test means? If needed, I can share my blood test report. Also, what precautions should I take in the meantime?
