Spinning head and numbness after exertion may point to ear balance or neurological issue. If ear cleared and symptoms persist, neuro exam is key. You are on right meds, but test balance nerves. Get yourself tested for Vitamin B12 and consider getting an MRI Brain done.

For the past 20 days, I have been experiencing stiffness in the fingers of both hands when bending them, along with frequent popping or cracking sounds in my fingers, wrists, and shoulder joints. I have tested negative for Rheumatoid Arthritis. In my recent blood tests, my random blood sugar level was 155 (normal range is 70 to 140), and my Vitamin B12 serum level was 932 (normal range is 200 to 900). Additionally, my MCH and MCV levels are low, and my Mean Platelet Volume is higher than the normal range.
