I have been experiencing joint pain in all my joints for the past 18 months. All my blood and urine test results have come back normal. In addition, I have been having abdominal and lower back pain for the last 6 months. What could be the possible cause?

Sir, I had been suffering from joint pains and body swelling. After taking medication, my joint pains have been cured. However, there is still swelling in my hands and foot fingers, along with cough and bitter taste in the mouth. According to my blood report, S. Uric acid is 7.1, Rheumatoid factor is negative, and ASO titer is positive.
