I have been experiencing joint pain in all my joints for the past 18 months. All my blood and urine test results have come back normal. In addition, I have been having abdominal and lower back pain for the last 6 months. What could be the possible cause?

This could be due to autoimmune or inflammatory condition. Even with normal blood reports, you may benefit from a rheumatologist consult to rule out early arthritis or related conditions.
