I have been experiencing significant hair loss, which has led to visible balding patches. I recently underwent hormonal testing, and all results were normal except for low serum ferritin levels. My general physician prescribed Orofer to address the iron deficiency. However, since starting Orofer, I have noticed breakouts (pimples) and irregular periods, which were not an issue before. Could you please advise.

I have been experiencing significant hair loss for the past few months. I took Folli Hair tablets for one and a half months, but they did not help. My blood test results show CBC is normal, iron level is 46 microgram/dL, vitamin D is normal, testosterone is normal, TSH is normal, but my vitamin B12 level is low at 186. I had an accident last year in December due to which I got five stitches on my scalp. After recovery, I had severe hair fall which later got controlled. In the month of March, I took a hair spa.
