I have been experiencing stomach pain for the past year. It feels like something is moving around on the right side of my stomach. I consulted a doctor who said it is a digestion problem, and I also had lab tests done, which showed nothing abnormal. What should I do next?

Long term right sided stomach pain with a moving sensation may be due to gas, IBS, or acidity, even if basic tests are normal. Eat small, frequent meals, avoid spicy and oily food, drink plenty of water, and exercise regularly. If pain persists, do an Abdominal Ultrasound and Liver Function Test (LFT) to rule out gallbladder or liver issues. Consult your doctor with these reports if pain continues.

View allHi, I am going for GAMCA medicals and, to be sure, I did a blood test locally. The results show my SGPT is 100. Can anyone with experience of GAMCA let me know if this slight increase will be acceptable for clearance?

I have been experiencing itching on the inner palms for the past 3 days. I do not have diabetes or high cholesterol. I take Atenolol and Amlodipine daily and have no other health issues. I also maintain daily walking and regular activities.

My blood report shows the following liver function values: Total Bilirubin: 1.96 mg per dL Direct Bilirubin: 0.19 mg per dL Indirect Bilirubin: 1.8 mg per dL SGPT (ALT): 28 U per L SGOT (AST): 23 U per L According to the report, my bilirubin levels are slightly elevated, while my liver enzymes are within normal range. My abdominal ultrasound shows Grade 1 fatty liver, and the rest of the findings are normal.
