I have been experiencing stomach pain for the past year. It feels like something is moving around on the right side of my stomach. I consulted a doctor who said it is a digestion problem, and I also had lab tests done, which showed nothing abnormal. What should I do next?

Long term right sided stomach pain with a moving sensation may be due to gas, IBS, or acidity, even if basic tests are normal. Eat small, frequent meals, avoid spicy and oily food, drink plenty of water, and exercise regularly. If pain persists, do an Abdominal Ultrasound and Liver Function Test (LFT) to rule out gallbladder or liver issues. Consult your doctor with these reports if pain continues.
