I am having itching and irritation on the palms and legs. If I stop taking tablets it starts again after 3 to 4 days. I am taking tablets from the last three months. I am really getting disturbed from this. I am taking Xylol and Xemped. Please suggest me what should be my diet? I have done blood report and the immunoglobulin is 2950 units. Please help me.

I am having an itching problem on the entire body with no rashes or red marks. The itching feels internal and when I take a Citrizen tablet it subsides temporarily but reappears, about twice a week. I have been suffering from this problem for the past 6 to 7 months and consulted a dermatologist who suggested medicines like Allegra 120 and some multivitamin syrup after conducting blood and urine tests. He told me there is no problem in the blood and urine reports.

I have been experiencing urticaria (hives) for the past 2 months. I kindly request your help in resolving this problem. All my test reports are normal, but the condition persists. Please advise on the next steps or treatment.
