I have been experiencing white discharge due to a fungal infection for the past 1 to 6 months. I have consulted multiple doctors, and they prescribed oral antifungal capsules for 6 nights and topical treatment for a week, but the infection keeps recurring. This has become very frustrating. Sometimes I experience severe itching and excessive discharge. I am married, but we are avoiding sexual contact because the infection and irritation make it uncomfortable. I have done blood tests, and everything, including thyroid and blood sugar, is normal. Could you please advise how I can completely get rid of this infection and prevent it from recurring?

Recurrent fungal infection may indicate poor hygiene, uncontrolled diabetes (though you said sugar is normal), or resistant yeast. Long term antifungal treatment (oral and vaginal) and probiotics may help. A gynaecologist follow up is necessary.

View allSir, I am a patient with high blood pressure and sugar. For the last few days, I have been suffering from muscle pain and headache. I consulted a doctor and was advised some medicine after blood tests. After three days of taking those medicines, there has been no improvement in my health. Please check my doctor prescription and test report, which are attached.
