I have been facing this problem for the last one year. I have taken a lot of antibiotics and also homeopathy medicine. I have done all tests (blood, sugar, pelvic and Pap smear, and USG of lower abdomen), and the reports were perfectly okay. But I am still suffering from this problem. Kindly help me with this problem and please let me know the possible disease name?

Chronic symptoms despite normal tests suggest functional or undiagnosed condition like IBS, Interstitial Cystitis, or Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome. If vaginal/pelvic pain exists, vulvodynia or nerve related pain (like pudendal neuralgia) could be causes. Consider stress or hormonal imbalance as a trigger. Symptoms without test findings are sometimes labeled as functional disorders, not easily caught on labs. You may need to consult a gynecologist and neurologist or pain specialist.

I am 32 years old and have been trying to conceive for over two years, having experienced a miscarriage in May. My recent HSG report shows that my right fallopian tube is unhealthy and the left tube has hydrosalpinx. Additionally, my TVS report indicates that I have polycystic ovaries.
