I have been having hair problems for the last 1 year, with excessive hair fall. My blood test shows low vitamin D and vitamin B12. I have been taking Nutrilite Cal Mag D and vitamin B12 supplements for the past month, but I have not seen any improvement. Due to WFH, I am living in Sangli, Maharashtra. I have also had some period related problems in the past 2 months. I think the hair loss may be due to hormonal imbalance. Please help me understand what I should do and which specialist I should consult to treat this issue/ Thank you.

Hair loss linked to vitamin deficiency and possible hormonal imbalance. If periods are irregular, consult a gynecologist or endocrinologist. Check iron, thyroid, and PCOS markers too.

Take a TSH Test (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone) Test or Take a Ferritin Test Test

I have been struggling with persistent dandruff, causing itching and hair fall. Despite undergoing treatment for 7 months, there has been no improvement, and I have also started noticing grey hairs. I have my blood reports as well. During the treatment, my doctor prescribed several tablets along with a lotion and shampoo. Currently, I have stopped the tablets but continue using Saliclo lotion and Tarryshine shampoo. I am unsure if I can overcome this problem. I am attaching my latest two prescriptions for your reference. Please advise on what to do next.
