I have been HBsAg positive. I had a blood test on December 12, and it was still positive. My wife is currently pregnant, but her blood test result is negative for HBsAg. Is there any danger to her or the baby? Please let me know.

Since your wife is HBsAg negative and presumably vaccinated, the risk is low. The baby will need the hepatitis B vaccine and immunoglobulin at birth. Inform your gynaecologist.

Hi. I have just found my blood test report and noticed some abnormalities in liver and kidney tests. AST SGOT is 53 U per L, ALT SGPT is 71 U per L, GGTP is 84 U per L, and alkaline phosphatase ALP is 144. Please help me. Is this an issue? Do I need to visit a doctor for this?
