Question
I have been suffering from fever for the past month and there is a tumour-like swelling around my neck area. A doctor advised me to go for a USG-guided biopsy. In my report, it says features are suggestive of granulomatous lymphadenitis. No evidence of malignancy is noticed. What does it mean?

This suggests chronic inflammation, often from TB or sarcoidosis. Not cancer. Further testing required.
