I have been suffering from frequent urination for the past 6 years. All tests, including cystoscopy, have been done. An E. coli infection was detected, and my urologist prescribed medication for 3 months, but it had no effect. I am 20 years old and also have constipation and excessive gas. How can this be treated?

My urine report and USG were normal every time. But even after medications, the mild discomfort is not going. Can anyone help me?
