I have been suffering from hair loss and baldness for more than five years. I have visited several dermatologists and completed treatment courses, but the results were not as expected. Many have advised me to undergo a hair transplant, which I do not want because the results vary from person to person and there is no guarantee even after spending a significant amount. I have also tried many hair oils for hair reduction and regrowth, but they did not work. I am looking for some treatment that can help me. I am awaiting your reply.

Chronic hair loss may be genetic or hormonal. If topical or oral treatments have failed and transplant is not an option, consider PRP therapy, microneedling, or low level laser therapy. Iron, thyroid, or PCOS related imbalances also need review. Hair oils usually do not help with medical hair loss. A dermatologist can help reassess.

View allI have been struggling with persistent dandruff, causing itching and hair fall. Despite undergoing treatment for 7 months, there has been no improvement, and I have also started noticing grey hairs. I have my blood reports as well. During the treatment, my doctor prescribed several tablets along with a lotion and shampoo. Currently, I have stopped the tablets but continue using Saliclo lotion and Tarryshine shampoo. I am unsure if I can overcome this problem. I am attaching my latest two prescriptions for your reference. Please advise on what to do next.

Hi, I am a 24 year old female experiencing severe hair fall and thinning. I have already lost about 50 percent of the hair on my scalp. My doctor suggested blood tests, which came back normal, and has now prescribed Finasteride tablets. Is it safe for me to take Finasteride? I am planning to get married in the next 6 months, and I have heard it can have side effects. Please advise.

I am suffering from alopecia areata. I have patches on my scalp, and now I am seeing patches in my beard and mustache. My hair is getting thinner, and I have too much dandruff in my beard. What should I do? Is hair regrowth possible? I have alopecia areata due to thyroid.
